Beyond Zero Logo
Beyond Zero represents Altrad’s core value of preventing injuries and minimising our impact on the environment.
Through leadership, behaviours and innovation we will nurture a safety culture that allows us to operate beyond the minimum expectations and targets.
We shall never be complacent. Our journey Beyond Zero means we will always be vigilant in our drive for continuous improvement.

The Health and Safety of our employees and those affected by our activities, including all interested parties, is fundamental to our business.

We have a fully ingrained, integrated approach to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality management which demonstrates our commitment to our people, the environment and stakeholders.

Our integrated management system has been audited and certified to the internationally recognised standards of ISO9001 (Quality Management), OHSAS18001 (Health and Safety Management) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management).

We promote a positive, just and fair safety culture throughout the company’s workforce.

This positive culture is enhanced by our employee led behavioural safety scheme, where our workforce is empowered to be responsible for their own and others health and safety, helping us drive towards zero accidents and incidents.

Our line management accountability actively encourages our workforce to manage the SHEQ aspects within their sphere of responsibility.

We invest in the training and development of our employees to ensure they are competent to carry out the tasks they are assigned.

We recognise our interaction with the environment and aim to manage all our work and its impacts to prevent environmental damage and conserve natural resources.

We continually strive to improve our performance by interacting with all interested parties, promoting best practice and innovation, thereby surpassing their expectations for the quality of service we provide.
